  • Q1: My monitor and computer have power as indicated by the LED's on both but after the windows screen loads the screen goes blank.

    A: This is a very simple problem to fix. After the screen goes blank, connect a USB or PS/2 Keyboard to the PowerBrick, press CTRL+ALT+F1 and wait four or five seconds. The screen should then start working.
  • Q2: When no password is entered into the desktop access in the Acura Shell, the Shell crashes providing access to the desktop. Is there an update?
